1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4-十七氟-10-碘庚烷是一种有机氟织物整理剂。这种整理剂具有优良的拒水拒油性、透气性和耐洗、防污及易去污性能,其主要成分是全氟烷基(Rf)长链化合物。由于形成的薄膜具有低临界表面张力,因此处理后的织物仍能保持原有的色泽、手感和透气性,并展现出一般烃类或硅酮类憎水剂所不具备的拒油性。正因为这些优势,这种有机氟整理剂迅速普及并成为当今拒水拒油剂的主要选择。
制备将全氟辛烷碘化物(520g,1.16mmol)、Na2S2O4(20.9g,0.12mol)、Na2HPO4(21.5g)以及乙腈(900mL)和水(300mL),加入到2L高压釜中,并通入乙烯气体,使压力达到40atm。在40-45℃下反应3小时后,发现乙烯压力明显下降。通过19F NMR跟踪反应确认原料已完全反应,停止反应并排出过量的乙烯气体,分离出有机层,用水洗涤、饱和食盐水洗,并经无水硫酸钠干燥。随后,在真空条件下去除有机溶剂,得到白色固体化合物全氟辛烷乙基碘(525g,产率95%,熔点56-57℃)。
用途这种物质主要用于生产全氟烷基乙基碘。

A series of fluorous surfactants with additional functionality were generated through the attachment of substituents at the amino nitrogen atom of the surfactant moiety.
