1H, 1H, 2H-全氟-1-癸烯又名全氟辛基乙烯,可作为单体和化学中间体,广泛应用于实验室研发过程和化工生产中。
制备将520克全氟辛烷碘化物(1.16毫摩尔)、20.9克二硫代硫酸钠(0.12摩尔)、21.5克磷酸钠、900毫升乙腈和300毫升水加入到2升高压釜中。通入乙烯气体,使压力达到40大气压,并在40-45℃下反应3小时。通过19F NMR跟踪发现原料已完全反应,随后停止反应并排出过量的乙烯气体。分离有机层,用水洗、饱和食盐水洗,并用无水硫酸钠干燥。真空去除溶剂后,得到白色固体全氟辛烷乙基碘(525克),熔点为56-57℃。
在装有回流冷凝管、滴液漏斗和温度计的250毫升三口烧瓶中,加入7.0克氢氧化钾(0.1摩尔)和30毫升甲醇。室温下磁力搅拌均匀后,将47.4克全氟辛烷乙基碘(0.1摩尔)溶于100毫升Freon-113中,并慢慢滴加入KOH的甲醇溶液中。反应过程中放热并产生大量固体。完成滴加后,在加热回流3小时。将反应混合物倒入250毫升水中,分离有机层,并用无水硫酸钠干燥后蒸馏,最终得到全氟辛基乙烯(28.0克),产率为81%。
