植物提取物中,穿心莲内酯是从爵床科植物穿心莲中提取的一种二萜内酯类化合物,是中药穿心莲的主要有效成分之一。其外观为白色方棱形或片状结晶,无臭且味极苦。穿心莲内酯在沸乙醇中溶解,在甲醇或乙醇中略溶,极微溶于氯仿,在水或乙醚中几乎不溶。
应用穿心莲主要有效成分为二萜内酯类成分,具有消炎抗菌、抗病毒感染等作用。其中以穿心莲内酯及脱水穿心莲内酯含量最高,而脱水穿心莲内酯是穿心莲内酯化合物中作用最强的一个。以穿心莲内酯或脱水穿心莲内酯及其衍生物制成的药物,如穿心莲内酯片、穿琥宁注射液、炎琥宁注射液等已在临床上广泛应用。
化学性质白色方形或长方形结晶,熔点224-230℃(分解)。溶于沸乙醇,略溶于甲醇或乙醇,极微溶于氯仿,不溶于水或乙醚。无臭,味极苦。
用途抗菌、消炎、清热、解毒药。适用于治疗细菌性痢疾、急性肠胃炎、流行性腮腺炎、扁桃体炎、咽喉炎、上呼吸道感染等症。穿心莲内酯有祛热解毒,消炎止痛之功效,对细菌性与病毒性上呼吸道感染及痢疾有特殊疗效,被誉为天然抗生素药物。
用途一种具有生物活性的二萜内酯, 具有抗炎特性的双萜内酯。穿心莲内酯具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎的作用,用于上呼吸道感染、细菌性痢疾、抗艾滋病毒等疾病的治疗。
生产方法该品是由爵床科植物穿心莲的叶提取而得的一种内酯。生产过程包括:穿心莲叶用95%乙醇浸泡;所得乙醇浸泡取液用活性炭脱色,脱色液蒸馏回收乙醇后的浓缩液静置得到粗晶品;粗晶加15倍量95%乙醇加热溶解,活性炭脱色,趁热过滤,静置重结晶,得淡黄色重结晶品;再经蒸馏水、氯仿、甲醇洗涤精制得到穿心莲内酯成品。对生药计,总收率约为1-1.5%。
