水、电解质和酸碱平衡对于人体细胞的正常代谢以及维持生命和各脏器的功能至关重要。当因疾病、创伤、感染、物理化学因素或治疗不当等原因导致这些平衡失调,超出机体代偿能力或缺乏调节机制时,就会出现水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱。一旦发生此类紊乱,除了应用相应的药物进行调整外,还应针对原发病进行治疗。
目前,这类药物主要分为四类:电解质平衡调节药、酸碱平衡调节药、复方电解质输液及透析液,以及葡萄糖及其他相关制剂。
