简介
6-氯氧化吲哚又称为6-氯-2-吲哚酮,是合成盐酸齐拉西酮的中间体。盐酸齐拉西酮(Ziprasidone)是由辉瑞公司开发的一种非典型广谱抗精神病药物,用于治疗精神分裂症,对5-羟色胺和多巴胺受体具有较强的拮抗作用,尤其是对5-HTA2/DAD2受体的亲和力较高。
用途
用作盐酸齐拉西酮的中间体。
