应用松脂酸甲酯是通过将松香树脂酸进行酯化反应得到的产物。枞酸作为松香的主要成分,松脂酸甲酯也被称为枞酸甲酯。它是一种天然的松香基树脂酸类化合物,含有多种组分,并具有广泛生理活性,具备药物应用价值。松脂酸甲酯可以改善其油溶性、细胞穿透性和生物活性。
制备 实验步骤在装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝器的250 mL三颈瓶中加入30 mL有机溶剂DMF,再分别加入枞酸(0.05 mol,15.0 g)和甲酯化试剂碳酸二甲酯(C₃H₆O₃,0.5 mol,45.0 g)、碱催化剂氢氧化锂·H₂O(LiOH·H₂O,0.1 mol,4.2 g)。使枞酸、碳酸二甲酯和氢氧化锂溶于DMF,在氮气保护下于100℃油浴中加热至稳定回流。当三颈瓶内回流滴数达到1~2滴/秒时即为稳定,此时的回流温度约为93℃。
每隔一小时使用薄层色谱法跟踪反应进度,直至检测到三颈瓶中的反应原料完全消失为止,反应时间总计46小时。反应结束后,将产物倒入装有600 mL去离子水的烧杯中,并用3.5%盐酸溶液调节pH值至中性,再用50 mL二氯甲烷进行萃取,获取有机相。重复此过程三次后合并三次所得有机相并加入去离子水洗涤,分出有机层后使用无水硫酸钠干燥。
干燥后的产物通过旋转蒸发器去除二氯甲烷,得到枞酸甲酯粗产物。用液相色谱检测其中的枞酸甲酯含量,并将粗产物减压浓缩至干。经硅胶柱层析(300~400目,石油醚梯度洗脱),最终获得纯度为99.6%的枞酸甲酯15.6 g。
收率通过使用碳酸二甲酯作为枞酸甲酯化试剂,成功获得了高收率的枞酸甲酯,其收率为99.6%。
化学性质松脂酸甲酯为淡琥珀色液态树脂。几乎无臭味。相对密度(d₂₀²₀)约为1.040,沸点在360~365℃时分解。该物质可溶于丙酮和苯,但不溶于水。
用途主要用于胶姆糖咀嚼料。
