  本发明提供丹参新酮和二氢丹参新酮的制备方法，通过在鼠尾草酸中加入路易斯酸，发生脱羧芳构化一步反应得到丹参新酮；以此为原料，在含质子酸的有机溶剂中加热，发生质子转移及邻酚氧化反应一步得到二氢丹参新酮。本发明采用了以天然产物鼠尾草酸为原料的短步骤的方法，一步合成丹参新酮，并进一步合成二氢丹参新酮，减少了溶剂使用和污染物的排放。而鼠尾草酸可以大量得到，因此本方法效率较高，优于现有技术。
