二聚对二甲苯(又称:帕利灵)是一种新型高分子功能材料,以对二甲苯为骨架的聚合物。这类聚合物的苯环或亚甲基上可以全部是氢原子,也可以含有各种取代基团。
用途二聚对二甲苯是一种有用的研究化学品。它还是一种保护性高分子材料,在真空下可以通过气象沉积形成无针孔的优质保护层。Parylene N分子具有较强的穿透力,能覆盖元件内部、底部和周围区域,适用于微电子、半导体、印刷电路板、生物传感器以及文物保护等领域。
