1-苯基辛烷不仅是一种重要的有机合成中间体,还可用于研究溶剂控制下的液固界面自组装。
合成方法在配备有机械搅拌器、温度计、氮气入口和隔瓶的100ml四颈烧瓶中加入CuCl2(40mg,0.3nmol,3mol%)、辛基溴(1.93g,10nmol,1当量)、苯腈(103mg,1nmol,10mol%)和THF(9mL)。将反应混合物冷却至-5℃。使用注射泵在40mL/h的速度下,持续15分钟逐滴加入t-BuMgCl溶液到THF中(溶剂为10mL,浓度为1.2M,提供12nmol,相当于1.2当量)。随后将反应混合物加热至10°C,并搅拌2小时。用1mol/L的盐酸溶液(20ml)淬灭反应液,然后用乙醚(3×20mL)萃取水相。使用MgSO4干燥有机层,在环境温度下通过减压蒸馏进行过滤和浓缩。最后,采用硅胶(PE)柱色谱法纯化粗产物,可得到纯度大于98%的1-苯基辛烷。
