3,4-二甲氧基桂皮酸(O-甲氧基阿魏酸)是从Securidaca inappendiculata中提取和纯化的单体。该化合物通过ROS介导的信号途径对L-02细胞发挥抗凋亡作用。
体外研究3,4-二甲氧基桂皮酸(甲氧基阿魏酸;25、50 和100 μM)能减轻酒精诱导的L-02细胞凋亡。
用于医药中间体及有机合成中间体。
