用途对甲基苯丙酮是一种用于电羧化反应的化学试剂。
应用该化合物是药品脑脉宁的中间体,主要用于有机合成、医药生产以及实验室研发过程中。
合成方法利用手性吸附诱导剂生物碱诱导对甲基苯丙酮固定二氧化碳进行电合成α-7,基-α-羟基-4-甲基-苯乙酸。通过恒电流电解和高效液相色谱检测可获得较高的产率和一定的ee值。研究发现,当采用环状不锈钢作为阴极、镁棒为牺牲阳极、四丁基碘化铵作电解支持盐、辛可宁0.016g作诱导剂,并在0℃温度下以电流密度1,1 mA·Cm-2恒电流电解时,可以获得37.39%的产率和ee值S-32.78%。
化学性质对甲基苯丙酮的熔点为7.2℃、沸点在238-239℃范围内,在533Pa(4mmHg)下闪点为78-82℃,相对密度0.993,折光率1.5280。
