生产方法4-Hydroxyindole 的生产方法如下:以间苯二酚为原料,经过异构化和催化氢化后,再使用溴代丙酮酸乙酯进行环合制得 4-氧代四氢古马龙羧酸。然后将该化合物加入到氨饱和的甲醇溶液中,在高压釜中加热反应生成 4-氧代四氢吲哚。最后通过脱氢和异构化步骤,最终得到 4-羟基吲哚。
