Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing

  1. 制法:
    • 1,3-二-1-苯基丙烷(3): 在装有搅拌器和回流冷凝器的反应瓶中,加入199g(1.0mol)1-溴-3-苯基丙烷(2),187g(1.05mol)NBS,3g过氧化苯甲酰,以及1.2L四氯化碳。在搅拌下将此混合物加热至回流直至反应开始。如需冷却可使用冰浴。反应缓和后,停止搅拌。瓶底会有少量NBS沉淀,生成的丁二酰亚胺会浮于液面。继续加热并搅拌直至不再产生溴化氢气体。冷却后进行抽滤,并用四氯化碳洗涤滤饼。在40~50℃下减压蒸出四氯化碳,最后减压至13.3Pa以除去残留溶剂。几乎可以定量地得到化合物(3),直接用于下一步反应。

    • 环丙基苯(1): 在装有搅拌器、温度计和滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加热新蒸馏的DMF500mL,并加入由131g(2.0mol)制备的-酮催化剂。在冰浴冷却至7℃的情况下,以控制的速度逐滴滴加化合物(3),保持反应液温度在7~9℃。继续搅拌反应30min后,倒入1L中进行蒸汽蒸馏,直至没有油状物生成或接收约1L液体。分离有机层,并用乙醚提取三次(每次100mL)。合并乙醚层并用无碳酸干燥,蒸出乙醚后再进行蒸馏收集170~175℃的馏分,得到化合物(1)88~100g,收率约为75%~85%,nD261.5306~1.5318。

    • -催化剂制备: 将131g粉依次用下列溶液洗涤:100mL(3%)盐酸洗三次,100mL洗两次,200mL(2%)硫酸铜溶液洗两次直到色消失,然后再次用洗两次,100mL丙酮洗两次,最后在DMF中冲洗至反应容器中。
