制备方法与用途

Glycycoumarin 是甘草中主要的生物活性香豆素,能够通过激活自噬、抑制内质网应激介导的 JNK 和 GSK-3 途径来阻遏肝细胞脂性凋亡。此外,Glycycoumarin 还可以直接靶向 T-LAK 细胞源蛋白激酶发挥抗肝癌活性。
