5-氟吲哚-2-酮是一种用于有机合成的化合物。
应用5-氟吲哚-2-酮是酮类有机物,可用作制备舒尼替尼的中间体。
合成与制备方法首先以4-氟苯胺为起始原料,与水合氯醛及盐酸羟胺作用生成对氟异亚硝基乙酰苯胺。然后在浓硫酸的作用下进行环合形成5-氟靛红。最后通过Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙反应得到5-氟吲哚-2-酮,总收率为66%。
