5-氨基-1,3-二氢吲哚-2-酮是一种酮类衍生物,可用作有机中间体。
制备首先,取2-吲哚酮(5g,37.6mmol),溶解在浓硫酸(50mL)中,在0℃条件下搅拌30分钟。然后缓慢滴加硝酸钾(3.04g,30mmol)的硫酸溶液(5mL),混合后搅拌15分钟。将上述混合物倒入冰水中析出沉淀,抽滤去除滤饼,并用甲醇清洗,干燥后得到产物5-硝基吲哚啉-2-酮,为淡黄色固体,质量4.5g,产率为67.16%。
其次,在含有10%Pd/C(0.2g)的甲醇(200mL)悬浮液中加入5-硝基吲哚啉-2-酮(4g,22.5mmol)。在25℃下通入氢气搅拌24小时。抽滤反应物,取滤液浓缩后即得产物5-氨基-1,3-二氢吲哚-2-酮,为白色固体,质量3.1g,产率为93.93%。
