The complete 1H and 13C NMR spectral assignment of one of these compounds, namely cabraleadiol, and its 3‐O‐acetyl derivative were achieved by 2D NMR spectroscopy and NOE difference spectroscopy. The C‐20 and C‐24configurations in these compounds are discussed on the basis of the present NMR spectroscopic data.
