生物活性 3,5-二羟基苯甲酸(α-树脂酸)是烷基树脂醇的初级代谢物。在I相代谢中,肝酶可将其水解。
靶点 Human Endogenous Metabolite
化学性质 白色或浅粉红色针状结晶。熔点为232-233℃。溶于乙醇、乙醚、丙酮和热水。与发烟硫酸或热的浓硫酸作用生成紫红色化合物,与氯化铁作用呈葡萄酒色。
用途 用作有机合成中间体,广泛应用于制药和合成树脂等领域。
生产方法 由苯甲酸经磺化、碱熔、酸化而制得。具体步骤如下:将苯甲酸在240-250℃下用发烟硫酸磺化5小时,生成3,5-二磺基苯甲酸;随后在300℃下用氢氧化钠进行碱熔处理,所得反应产物使用硫酸中和至弱碱性,过滤浓缩后酸化至弱酸性,再用乙醚提取。回收乙醚后的粗品用水重结晶即得成品。

Resveratrol and closely related stilbenoids belong to the most intensively studied biologically active compounds. This interest evoked several attempts to prepare such compounds in a convenient synthetic way. Our approach allowed obtaining largely methoxystilbenes, formed as
