试样液:取试样 1.0g 溶于 100mL 水中。
计算 γ-环糊精的含量/% = γ-环糊精的峰面积 / 所记录的各峰峰面积之和 × 100%

化学性质一种非还原性环状糖类,由八个 α-1,4-键连接的 D-吡喃葡萄糖单位环合而成。实际无臭,为白色或近白色的结晶固体。
用途由环状麦芽糊精葡萄糖转移酶 (CGTase, EC 2.4.1.19) 作用于已水解的淀粉,然后采用下列方法之一提纯:
