2-三氟甲基吩噻嗪是一种有机中间体,可通过先制备3-三氟甲基二苯胺并关环得到。
制备2-三氟甲基吩噻嗪的制备
将100g(0.356mol)氟灭酸加入反应瓶中,加热至180-190℃,开启搅拌,待其完全融化后向反应瓶中加入10g(0.178mol)铁粉,在180-190℃温度下搅拌反应约2小时。反应结束后,将反应液冷却到100℃时趁热倒入烧杯中,铁粉留在反应瓶底部(可用水冲洗)。将反应液加入干净的反应瓶内减压蒸馏,收集134-135℃(3mmHg)馏分,得到淡黄色液体3-三氟甲基二苯胺约67.5g,收率约为80%。
下一步制备2-三氟甲基吩噻嗪
将3-三氟甲基二苯胺60g(0.253mol)、升华硫8g(0.253mol)加入反应瓶中,搅拌状态下升温至130℃左右,待硫完全熔融后向反应瓶中加入3g碘单质,继续升温至185-190℃。在此温度下反应约1小时。此过程中会有硫化氢气体放出,请注意尾气吸收。
反应结束后,将反应液冷却至100℃左右,向反应瓶中加入200g甲苯,升高温度至100℃左右,再向其中加入100g水,搅拌5分钟后趁热分层。弃去水层,甲苯层返回反应瓶内,在搅拌状态下降温至15-18℃。过滤得到的滤液保留(用于回收套用3-三氟甲基二苯胺),滤饼在真空条件下于60℃烘干10小时后,可得到29g中间体2-三氟甲基吩噻嗪,收率约为85%。
化学性质淡黄绿色粉末
用途2-三氟甲基吩噻嗪是合成三氟拉嗪和氟奋乃静的中间体。
生产方法使用2-羧基-3-(三氟甲基)二苯胺(即合成抗菌剂氟灭酸)经过高温催化脱羧(200℃,铁粉),生成3-(三氟甲基)二苯胺。将后者在碘参与下与硫黄一起加热环合后制得目标产品。
