生物活性

Thiethylperazine dimaleate 是一种吩噻嗪衍生物，也是一种口服活性多巴胺 D2 受体和组胺 H1 受体拮抗剂。此外，它还是一种选择性的 ABCC1 激活剂，在小鼠中可减少淀粉样 β (Aβ) 负荷。Thiethylperazine dimaleate 具有止吐、抗精神病及抗菌作用。

体外研究

体内研究

通过肌内注射（每次剂量 3 mg/kg，每日两次，连续 30 天）给予 Thiethylperazine 治疗 APP/PS1 小鼠后，明显降低了 APP/PS1 小鼠中的 Aβ42 蛋白水平。
