使用限量FEMA:焙烤制品、肉制品、汤品和谷类食品中的使用限量均为0.5 mg/kg。
化学性质无色结晶,熔点为81℃,沸点286℃(在146.3℃时的饱和蒸气压为1.33kPa)。易溶于乙醇、乙醚和石油醚,微溶于水。能随水蒸气挥发,在空气中易氧化成硫化物。具有令人厌恶的气味。
用途2-萘硫酚在橡胶工业中用作再生活化剂,适合低温使用,但活化效果不及芳香族二硫化物,并且会使再生胶带有难闻的气味。一般用量为0.1%-1.5%。此外,它也可作为防老剂、增塑剂和有机合成的中间体。2-萘硫酚有毒,可引起皮炎和溃疡。
生产方法先将2-萘酚与二甲氨基硫代甲酰氯在碱性条件下反应制得O-2萘基二甲氨基硫代甲酸酯,然后加热至270-275℃,反应45分钟。冷却后加入氢氧化钾溶液和乙二醇的混合液中,继续加热回流1小时。经过盐酸化、氯仿提取和减压蒸馏处理,最终得到2-萘硫酚。

An efficient approach for the direct sulfanylation of 4-hydroxyquinolinones and 4-hydroxypyridones with aryl thiols in the presence of CuI/DMSO has been developed. The substrate scope is broad, allowing facile synthesis of a range of structurally diverse 3-sulfanyl-4-hydroxyquinolinones and 3-sulfanyl-4-hydroxypyridones in good efficiency.
