Icaritin(Anhydroicaritin)是玉竹异戊二烯类黄酮衍生物,有效抑制K562细胞(IC50为8 µM)和原代CML细胞(对CML-CP的IC50值为13.4 µM,对CML-BC的IC50值为18 µM)的增殖。Icaritin可以调节MAPK/ERK/JNK和JAK2/STAT3/AKT信号传导,并具有增强成骨的作用。
