Studies on the constituents of Scutellaria species. XIII. On the flavonoid constituents of the root of Scutellaria rivularis Wall.

Four new flavonoids (I-VI) were isolated from the root of Scutellaria rivularis WALL, together with 7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosides of baicalein, wogonin, carthamidin and isocarthamidin. The structures of I-IV were shown to be 7-hydroxy-5, 8-dimethoxyflavone 7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside, 5, 7, 8, 2'-tetrahydroxyflavone 7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside, 5, 2'-dihydroxy-7, 8, 6'-trimethoxyflavone 2'-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside and 5, 2', 6'-trihydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavone 2'-O-β-D-glucuronopyranocide, respectively, on the basis of the chemical and spectral data.
从黄芩(Scutellaria rivularis WALL)根中分离出四种新的黄酮类化合物(I-VI),以及黄芩素(baicalein)、黄芩苷(wogonin)、黄芩素(carthamidin)和异黄芩素(isocarthamidin)的 7-O-β-D-Glucuronopyranosides 。结果表明,I-IV 的结构为 7-羟基-5,8-二甲氧基黄酮 7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷,5,7,8,2'-四羟基黄酮 7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷,5,2'-二羟基-7,8、根据化学和光谱数据,分别得出 5、2'、6'-三羟基-7、8-二甲氧基黄酮 2'-O-β-D-Glucuronopyranoside 和 5、2'、6'-三羟基-7、8-二甲氧基黄酮 2'-O-β-D-Glucuronopyranocide 的结果。
