化学性质
白色结晶性粉末;不溶于水和石油醚,但易溶于乙酸乙酯、甲醇及DMF。熔点范围为150-151℃。其比旋光度在不同溶剂中有所差异:[α]D20+5.2°(溶剂浓度为0.5-2.0 mg/ml,乙酸乙酯)、[α]D20-27.6°(同上条件但使用DMF)以及[α]D20-6°(甲醇)。
用途
主要用于多肽合成,作为氨基酸保护单体。
生产方法
将O-叔丁基-L-酪氨酸悬浮于二氧六环中,然后与芴甲氧羰基叠氮进行酰化反应以制备粗产品。在pH值为9-10的条件下,使用乙酸乙酯抽提,并通过重结晶进一步精制得到最终产物。
