2-烷基蒽醌工业价值巨大,不仅作为合成深色高品质染料的化工中间体使用,还在造纸工艺中作为一种高效的制浆添加剂,并广泛应用于医药、农药等领域。其中最常见的2-烷基蒽醌包括2-甲基蒽醌和2-乙基蒽醌等。根据不同的需求,可以对2-烷基蒽醌进行修饰,以合成目标化合物。

造纸工艺:作为高效的添加剂,2-甲基蒽醌能够渗透到木片内部,并被还原为2-甲基蒽氢醌。这种化合物不稳定,易氧化,在氧化还原循环过程中能增强对木片成分的反应性,提高制浆效率。
医药:烷基蒽醌类化合物具有显著的药用价值。近年来的研究不断揭示了这些化合物的抗菌、消炎、抗病毒以及杀灭肿瘤细胞等作用,并在实际疾病治疗中得到了应用。
2-烷基蒽醌为黄色晶体,不溶于水,但可溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯和乙酸乙酯。
用途将甲苯与无水三氯化铝加热至45-50℃,在外部冷却下加入邻苯二甲酸酐。混合物保温至反应完全后倒入10%硫酸水溶液中,含产品的浆状物经水洗、分层、分离。含产品的溶剂层与5%碳酸钠溶液混合、过滤、洗涤、干燥而得2-(对甲苯酰)苯甲酸,然后在115℃下与发烟硫酸加热1小时进行闭环反应。将产物倾入冷水中,过滤、水洗、干燥后即得2-甲基蒽醌。
