  本发明属于离子液中制备颜料红177的方法，将4,4′-二氨基-1,1′-二蒽醌-3,3′-二磺酸在离子液中混合，高温加热，进行脱磺酸基反应；反应结束后，向反应混合物中加入甲醇溶剂，使颜料红177析出，过滤，干燥，即可得到颜料红177。克服颜料红177现有制备技术中大量废酸的排放问题，本发明不用在约70-80%的硫酸介质中进行DAS的脱磺酸基制备颜料红177，不仅没有废稀硫酸排放，颜料红177收率在95%以上。本发明通过在离子液中脱磺酸基的技术制备颜料红177，过程简单，大大减少废酸排放，收率较高。
