化学性质:白色结晶或结晶性粉末,可溶于乙酸乙酯、乙酸和DMF,而不溶于石油醚。熔点(mp)为88-90℃。比旋光度[α]²₀ᴰ值分别为:在DMF中为-13.5°至-15.5°(浓度为0.5-2 mg/ml),在乙酸乙酯中为+8°(浓度为0.5-2 mg/ml),在80%乙酸中为-4°(浓度为0.5-2 mg/ml)。
用途:用作氨基酸保护单体,主要用于多肽合成。
生产方法:以芴甲氧羰基氯(或叠氮化物)和L-谷氨酸-5-叔丁酯为原料,在碱性条件下进行酰化反应,经结晶纯化后得到产品。
