  本发明公开了一种替普瑞酮的合成工艺。该合成工艺是以橙花叔醇为起始原料，依次经过二氧化硒和叔丁基过氧化氢氧化、与二氢吡喃在酸催化下形成缩醛、在铜盐存在下跟格氏试剂反应、在铝盐存在下跟乙酰乙酸甲酯反应，共经过四步反应得到市售产品构型一致的替普瑞酮产物。本发明的制备方法原料廉价易得、操作简便、反应条件温和，有望实现工业化生产。
