制备方法与用途

异丙醇钛简介

异丙醇钛结构复杂,在晶态下形成四聚体。在非极性溶剂中不发生聚合,是一种四面体型反磁性分子。钛酸异丙酯又称为异丙醇钛、四异丙醇钛,是钛(IV)的异丙醇盐,在有机合成和材料科学中有广泛应用。

化学性质

钛酸异丙酯为浅黄色液体,在潮湿空气中会挥发。它能溶于多种有机溶剂。

用途
  1. 酯交换反应:用于催化酯的交换反应。
  2. 助剂与化工产品中间体:用作助剂和化工产品的中间体。
  3. 粘合剂制备:可用来制取粘合剂,并作为酯交换反应和聚合反应的催化剂。
  4. 多用途应用:用于制造金属与橡胶、塑料等的粘合剂;还可用作酯交换反应和聚合反应的催化剂,以及制药工业原料。在酯化反应中特别有效,尤其是丙烯酸类物质的转酯基反应,并且在环氧树脂、酚醛塑料、硅树脂、聚丁二烯等聚合过程中作为齐格勒-纳塔(Ziegler Natta)催化剂使用时表现出了较高的立体选择性。
  5. 表面改性和催化作用:可直接用作物料表面改性剂和胶粘促进剂;在油漆中使多种聚合物或树脂交联,提高涂层的防腐能力和与表面的粘接性能。
生产方法

四氯化钛、异丙醇和液氨在甲苯中的酯化反应后,通过吸滤除去副产物氯化铵,再经过蒸馏得到成品。原料消耗量(以吨计)分别为:甲苯(98%纯度)1000公斤/吨、四氯化钛(99%纯度)1500公斤/吨、异丙醇(98%纯度)1600公斤/吨和液氨1400公斤/吨。

    A new synthetic route to access diarylmethyl phosphonates is presented. The transformation enables the introduction of aromatic groups on benzylic phosphonates via a deprotonative cross-coupling process (DCCP). The Pd(OAc)(2)/CataCXium A-based catalyst afforded a reaction between benzyl diisopropyl phosphonate derivatives and aryl bromides in good to excellent isolated yields (64-92%).

    A study on the development of CVD precursors V – syntheses and characterization of new N-alkoxy-β-ketoiminate complexes of titanium

    The synthesis and characterization of various new titanium N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiminate complexes are reported. Reactions between N-alkoxy-beta-ketoimine ligands and Ti(O-iPr)4 resulted in dimeric [Ti(O-iPr)(2)(N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiminate)](2) complexes or monomeric [Ti(N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiniinate)(2)] ones depending on the amount of ligands. Terdentate N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiminate ligands do not prevent dimer complexes from undergoing disproportional rearrangement to produce Ti(O-iPr)(4) and [Ti(N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiminate)(2)]. The mechanism of this behavior is too complicated but it may include the dissociation and recoordination of ligands. Crystal structures of [Ti(N-alkoxy-beta-ketoiminate)(2)] (MeC(O)CHC(Me)NC(Et)CH2O (3f) and t-BuC(O)CHC(Me)NCH2CH(Me)O (3k)) show that these are distorted octahedron and beta-ketoiminate ligands appear to coordinate as a beta-imino enolate. Two terdentate beta-ketoiminate ligands coordinate meridionally and they are perpendicular to each other. Thermal characteristics of monomeric and dimeric titanium complexes were determined by TGA and DSC and these are reasonably volatile as potential precursors of TiO2 thin films. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.     The present disclosure relates to bifunctional compounds, ULM— L—PTM, which find utility as modulators of Rapidly Accelerated Fibrosarcoma (RAF, such as c-RAF, A- RAF and/or B-RAF; the target protein). In particular, the present disclosure is directed to bifunctional compounds, which contain on one end a Von Hippel-Lindau, cereblon, Inhibitors of Apotosis Proteins or mouse double-minute homolog 2 ligand which binds to the respective E3 ubiquitin ligase and on the other end a moiety which binds the target protein RAF, such that the target protein is placed in proximity to the ubiquitin ligase to effect degradation (and inhibition) of target protein. The present disclosure exhibits a broad range of pharmacological activities associated with degradation/inhibition of target protein. Diseases or disorders that result from aggregation or accumulation of the target protein, or the constitutive activation of the target protein, are treated or prevented with compounds and compositions of the present disclosure.

    Dimeric [Ti(OiPr)2(benzaldoximate)2]2 was obtained upon reaction of titanium isopropoxide with two molar equivalents of benzaldehyde (E)- or (Z)-oxime or m-anisaldoxime.
