将2毫克氨基酸衍生物加入装有1毫升HFIP(高氟烷基碘仿)和0.1N盐酸(约0.37% w/v,约为37% HCl水溶液10微升)的小瓶中。将此混合物静置后,通过RP-HPLC进行分析。从三苯甲基阳离子的强烈黄色外观可以判断,在HFIP中的0.1N盐酸几乎瞬间去除了FMOc-Asp(OtBu)-OH上的/V-Trt基团。反应10分钟后,HPLC无法检测到微量的起始原料,从而得到Fmoc-L-天冬氨酸tps://www.molaid.com/MS_187332 target="_blank">MOC-L-天冬氨酸。
