Die Synthese cis-trans-isomerer Acetylcholin-Derivate 4 und 9 mit Norbornangerüst wird beschrieben. Die Verbindungen 4 und 9 zeigen eine unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeit der alkalischen Hydrolyse. Dies ist auf eine elektrostatische Wechselwirkung zwischen Onium- gruppe und A1koxysauerstoffatom zurückzuführen. Bei den analogen Cyclopentan-Verbindungen 12 und 14 ist die Reaktivitätsdifferenz wesentlich
