制法:
w-溴代己酸(3):在装有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应瓶中,加入氢溴酸 150 mL 和浓硫酸 35 mL,并置于冰盐浴冷却下。缓慢加入己内酯(2)28.5 g(0.25 mol)。慢慢升温至室温并放置 2 小时后,在沸水浴下搅拌反应 4 小时。冷却后,将混合物倒入 300 g 碎冰中,充分搅拌。分出有机层,水层用硫酸铵饱和溶液洗涤,并用乙醚进行萃取(50 mL×4)。合并有机层,用饱和硫酸铵水溶液洗涤两次并用无水硫酸钠干燥。蒸除乙醚后,得到粗品 w-溴代己酸(3)。
6-溴己酸乙酯(1):在装有搅拌器和回流冷凝管的反应瓶中加入上述化合物(w-溴代己酸 3),无水乙醇 85 mL 和浓硫酸 2 mL,搅拌并回流反应 8 小时。蒸出乙醇后冷却,并加入乙醚 100 mL,依次用水和 5% 碳酸钠水溶液洗涤。然后用无水硫酸钠干燥,先蒸除乙醚,再减压蒸馏,收集在 120~124℃/1.86 kPa 范围内的馏分,得到 6-溴己酸乙酯(1)28 g,收率为 50%。[1]
