制备方法与用途

化学性质

针状结晶的熔点为169-172°C，棱状结晶的熔点为202°C；它微溶于水，易溶于95%乙醇。

稳定性

赤霉素GA7在干燥状态下稳定，在弱酸性溶液中也较稳定，但遇碱易发生结构变化，从而失去生物活性。

用途

赤霉素A7属于赤霉酸类产品，是一种植物生长激素。它常与6-苄氨基嘌呤复配使用，可在苹果、葡萄等植物上提高品质和产量。

毒性

赤霉素A7的LD50大于5000mg/kg（b.W），无致畸、致癌或致突变作用。
