AbstractSmall yet brightly emitting fluorophores should find fundamental and practical applications in both academic and industrial settings. In this report, tetrahydrobenzodifuran is used as the core architecture to create novel single‐benzene fluorophores. The key for realizing unique and powerful photophysical properties is the combination of the construction of symmetrical push‐pull motifs and the restriction of bond rotations to suppress molecular motions that cause non‐radiative transitions.
