3-Methoxytyramine(3MT)是一种细胞外代谢产物,属于3-羟基酪胺/多巴胺家族,具有神经调节作用。
靶点人类内源性代谢物 Human Endogenous Metabolite 表示该物质在人体内的存在和作用。
体内研究在多巴胺缺乏的DAT-KO(DDD)小鼠中,外周释放的3-Methoxytyramine (3MT) 能显著激活行为。这种代谢产物不仅诱导了行为活跃性,还在多巴胺缺乏的小鼠纹状体中引起了细胞内信号传导。
化学性质3MT 为棱晶(溶于乙醇),熔点在156-157℃(文献报道210-211℃)。其盐酸盐则为浅黄色棱晶,同样溶于乙醇,熔点约为210-211℃。
用途3MT 是多巴胺合成的中间体,在药物和生物研究中有重要应用。
生产方法通过将香兰醛与硝基甲烷在甲胺盐酸盐参与下缩合生成4-羟基-3-甲氧基-β-硝基苯乙烯,再以锌粉和盐酸还原制得3MT。
