From the quaternary alkaloidal fraction of the bark and the root of Xylopia parviflora (Annonaceae), four isoquinoline alkaloids, xylopinidine, dehydrocoreximine, N, N-dimethylanomurine and N-methylphoebine were isolated along with the known compounds, pycnarrhine, lotusine, 6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-isoquinolinium salt, 1,2-dehydroreticuline, (-)-phellodendrine, (+)-tembetarine, (-)-litcubine, (+)-magnoflorine
从小花木耳(番荔枝科)的树皮和根的第四纪生物碱部分中,分离出四种异喹啉生物碱、木犀草碱、脱氢核昔明、N, N-二甲基鼠碱和 N-甲基菲宾碱以及已知化合物 pycnarrhine、lotusine、6,7 -二甲氧基-2-甲基-异喹啉盐,1,2-脱氢网状番荔枝碱,(-)-黄柏碱,(+)-tembetarine,(-)-litcubine,(+)-magnoflorine,tetradehydroreticuline,(-)-oblongine,(+ )-menisperine, (+)-N-methylcorydine, stepharanine, (+)-xanthoplanine, dehydrodiscretine, jatrorrhizine 和 palmatine。3,4-二氢-6,7-二甲氧基-2-甲基-异喹啉鎓和N-甲基紫嘌呤首次作为天然产物被分离出来。它们的结构是根据光谱证据确定的。
