用途:此有机半导体适用于制造n沟道有机场效应晶体管(OFET),特别是作为电子传输材料(n型)。基于N,N′-二辛基-3,4,9,10-二甲酰亚胺制备的一维纳米线,成功地制备出的OFET具有με约10⁻² cm²/Vs的电子迁移率以及开关电流比约为10⁴。
