化学性质
这是一种无色或浅黄色的液体。其沸点在不同压力下分别为227°C(99.3 kPa)和131°C(4.67 kPa),相对密度为1.0404(20/4℃),折光率为1.5691,闪点为96°C。它能够与乙醇、乙醚、氯仿和苯混溶,并且微溶于水。
用途
这种物质主要用于有机合成以及酮和糖的测定。
生产方法
该产品由N-亚硝基甲基苯胺还原制得。具体步骤是将锌粉和水搅拌成悬浮液,在10-20°C下缓慢加入预先配好的N-亚硝基甲基胺与冰醋酸溶液,反应完成后在室温下继续搅拌1小时。之后加热至80℃并趁热过滤未反应的锌粉。滤液冷却后加入过量40%氢氧化钠溶液,使沉淀出来的氢氧化钠重新溶解。分出油层,然后进行减压蒸馏,在106-109°C(1.73 kPa)下收集馏分即为成品。产率通常在50%以上。
