    摘要:
    A highly stereoselective synthesis of [(S)-coriolic acid] (1) and first total synthesis of (S)-15,16-didehydrocoriolic acid (2) by a Pd-degrees-CuI catalysed coupling of (S)-halovinylalcohol with acetylenic moiety is described. The required optically pure chlorovinylalcohols or bromovinylalcohols have been prepared from epoxy chlorides, obtained by Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation of allylic alcohols.

    Eight terminal acetylenic fatty acids from 5-hexynoic to 12-tridecynoic acids and their methyl, ethyl, and isopropyl esters were synthesized via o-nitrophenyl selenides. These acids and esters all showed inhibitory effect on lettuce seed germination and seedling growth. The effect was dependent on the number of carbon atoms in acetylenic chain. 8-Nonynoic acid showed potent activity, and its methyl ester was the most effective among the test compounds. In addition, the acids showed antifungal activity which increased as the number of carbon atoms increased.

    The atom‐economic and one‐pot regio‐ and stereoselective addition of sodium arenesulfinates to either alkynes or alkenes can be achieved with an iron(III) chloride hexahydrate [FeCl3⋅6 H2O] catalytic system to afford β‐haloalkenyl and β‐chloroalkyl sulfones in moderate to good yields.

    (S)-(E)-(+)-1-Bromo-1-octene-3-ol was prepared in 85% yield and high optical purity (e.e. 97.4%) via a stereospecific reduction of corresponding bromo vinyl ketone using alcohol dehydrogenase from baker's yeast (EC 1.1.1.1) and NAD(P)H immobilized on Nucleosil 120-5 C18, and converted to 13(S)-hydroxy-9Z,11E-octadecadienoic (coriolic) acid.
