制备方法与用途

用途

2-溴-3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛主要用于有机合成及化工医药研发过程中。

制备

2-溴-3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛可通过异香草醛为原料,通过溴代反应制备得到。

将20.01g(132.00mmol)的异香草醛溶于120.4mL冰醋酸中,加入0.68g铁粉和21.59g无水乙酸钠。逐滴加入7.04mL液溴的冰醋酸溶液(总量为50mL),控制反应温度在23-25℃之间,滴加完毕后,继续保持此温度范围,反应3小时。通过TLC监测反应进程,直至反应完全。

将反应混合物倒入冰水中,搅拌30分钟后过滤,用水洗涤至无冰醋酸味,得到粗产物。再用乙酸乙酯和石油醚重结晶,并在真空条件下干燥,最终获得目标产物(24.59g,产率81.13%)。
