Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Eye contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate
flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical
attention.

2-羟基-5-硝基-3-三氟甲基吡啶在常温常压下为固体状,是一种吡啶类衍生物。其结构中2号位的羟基和吡啶环上的双键构成的烯醇式会互变异构化为酰胺结构。

应用

合成

在-10℃下将24毫升(0.55摩尔)硝酸缓慢滴入含有20.00克(0.12摩尔)2-羟基-3-(三氟甲基)吡啶的硫酸溶液中。随后,在40℃下搅拌反应混合物6小时。通过TLC点板确认反应进程,待反应完成后,将反应混合物加入冰水中,用饱和NaOH水溶液调节pH值至4-5,并用乙酸乙酯萃取水层。得到的有机层经饱和盐水洗涤、无水硫酸钠干燥后过滤并减压浓缩,即可获得2-羟基-5-硝基-3-三氟甲基吡啶。
