合成方法称取6.1g对羟基苯甲醛,加入25mL四氢呋喃,置于100mL四口瓶中,搅拌溶解。将冷浴槽温度控制在-10℃,缓慢滴加7.9g三氯氧磷/五氯化磷的30mL四氢呋喃溶液至反应瓶中,并使用高效液相色谱跟踪检测反应进程。约5小时后,反应完全。随后用20 mL 10%氢氧化钠溶液碱洗反应液,减压蒸馏除去四氢呋喃。再加入异丙醚萃取并减压蒸馏回收溶剂,最后通过二氯乙烷重结晶得到2-氯-4-羟基苯甲醛9.02g。
