二磷酸腺苷(ADP)又称腺苷二磷酸,是一种高能磷酸化合物。它是体内能量储存、代谢和信号转导的核心组成部分,并且是ATP的前体,在细胞过程中广泛参与呼吸、生物合成反应、运动以及细胞分裂等。ADP由两个磷酰基通过焦磷酸键相连,再通过磷酸酯键与腺苷5′-C连接而成。其结构式如下图1所示。
ADP水解可产生腺苷一磷酸(AMP)和无机磷酸,该反应的标准自由能变化为—27.2 kJ·mol−1。在生物体内,ADP可通过ATP的水解或磷酰基转移脱去一个磷酸后生成,并且在一般组织中通过底物水平磷酸化和氧化磷酸化、光合组织中的光合磷酸化等途径得以再生。
