Superconducting thin films of Y‐Ba‐Cu oxide have been prepared on yttria‐stabilized zirconia substrates using metaltrifluoroacetate spin‐on precursors. The films exhibit an extremely sharp resistive transition with zero resistance at temperatures as high as 94 K.
