用途1,3,5,7-四苯基金刚烷是一种有机中间体,可用于制备新型芳香族磺酸盐阻燃剂——金刚基–1,3,5,7–四对苯基磺酸钠。该阻燃剂具有高度对称的结构特征,一个金刚基–1,3,5,7–四对苯基磺酸钠分子中含4个对苯磺酸钠基团。预计其阻燃效果将远超一般的芳香族磺酸盐阻燃剂,尤其是与有机硅阻燃剂复配使用时,即使添加量极低也能达到理想的阻燃效果。
制备1,3,5,7-四苯基金刚烷的制备方法如下:取5.0g(23.2mmol)1-溴金刚烷溶入盛有30.92ml(348mmol)苯溶液的三口瓶中。此三口瓶安装有磁力搅拌、冷凝管和温度计,然后加入5.0ml(44.5mmol)叔丁基溴和0.5g(3.75mmol)三氯化铝。将混合物加热回流1小时后冷却至室温,倒入冰水混合物中,再加入乙醚搅拌并收集沉淀。自然晾干后在索氏提取器中用氯仿清洗纯化24小时。最终得到的沉淀即为1,3,5,7-四苯基金刚烷,在50℃真空条件下干燥5小时后可获得4.5g产物,产率为44.1%。

An efficient fragment splicing method for the construction of multiple nucleobase-terminated monomers has been developed. Conformationally fixed rod, trigonal planar and tetrahedral thymine and adenine structures were generated in moderate to good yields, which will serve as inspiring examples for exploration of nucleobases as natural hydrogen-bond components in supramolecular chemistry.
