Specifically, we report the total synthesis of the isoquinoline alkaloids norcepharadione B, cepharadione B, dehydroanonaine, duguenaine, dehydronornuciferine, pontevedrine, O-methylatheroline, lysicamine, and alkaloid PO-3.
