制备现有的制备方法通常包括以下步骤:首先采用酰化酶裂解7-苯乙酰氨基头孢烷酸;接着进行酸化处理,并通过二氯甲烷萃取去除杂质;随后使用活性炭脱色以进一步净化产物;最后结晶得到7-ADCA。然而,该工艺中,在获得裂解液之后,除杂和脱色的步骤较为繁琐。此外,采用活性炭脱色后,部分物质在后续反应过程中与空气中的氧气接触,很容易再次变色,使得除杂和脱色的效果较差。
