制备

将8.31g（50mmol）的2-氟-4-硝基苄腈和56.4g（250mmol）二水合氯化锡(II)溶解于250mL乙酸乙酯中，在25℃下加热过夜。通过LCMS（78109-084）检测反应完成情况后，向反应混合物中加入25mL饱和碳酸钾溶液。在室温下搅拌2小时，并随后添加100g固体碳酸钾。继续搅拌2小时后，将固体通过过滤去除并用乙酸乙酯（50mL×2）进一步洗涤。浓缩滤液后，得到6.81g（收率100%）的4-氨基-2-氟苄腈，其为灰白色固体。
