制备方法与用途

概述

桔梗皂苷是一种典型的双糖链皂苷,水溶性高且不易分离。主要包含两种皂苷元:一种是桔梗皂苷元(Platycodigenin),另一种是远志酸型皂苷元(Polygalacic acid)。目前,大部分分离得到的皂苷都属于这两种皂苷元,包括桔梗皂苷D、桔梗皂苷E、桔梗皂苷D3以及远志皂苷D等。

用途

桔梗皂苷元作为治疗高血脂和高血糖的药物或保健品及食品添加剂,具有显著疗效且毒副作用较小的特点。

生物活性

Platicodigenin 分离自桔梗。
